A Thankful November Food Drive 2021

The holiday season is fast approaching and with it, hopefully, a spirit of giving.  We have long been a supporter and partner of the Food Bank of Delaware. This November 2021, we are starting our ‘Thankful November Food Drive’ at Urban Furniture Outlet to benefit the Food Bank of Delaware Efforts.  Since COVID-19, the # of food-insecure families have risen and current figures estimate in Delaware, 114,190 people are facing hunger – and of them 32,830 are children. 

These numbers are simply unacceptable to us.  No one, no child should worry about having food to eat.

We are ALWAYS a Food Bank Donation Drop Site in New Castle and Dover stores, this November, we are ramping up our efforts and hope to FILL OUR BARRELS for the Food Bank of Delaware.  Our ‘A Thankful November Food Drive 2021’ will be running now through November 30th, 2021.

Donations on non-perishable items can be made at both New Castle and Dover store locations, and we also have a Virtual Donation Page that makes it easy to support our efforts from home.
