It’s Back to Business at UFO: Stores Resume Full Services & Store Hours
Effective August 1st, 2020 – we are glad to announce our Delaware furniture stores have resumed their normal operating hours and are open 7 days a week to serve you better. As well as returning to our regular hours, we have also resumed offering set up and assembly services to our delivery customers.
Please be assured, we are taking additional measures to ensure the safety of our customers and our UFO teams. These measures include – wearing face masks/coverings, practicing social distancing, frequent disinfectant cleaning of high touch surfaces, and continued COVID safety training.
We understand not all our customers are ready to return to our stores to shop for their home furniture needs. We will continue to offer services such as: e-commerce/online payment and purchase options, phone and web chat support for customers shopping from home, no contact/to the curb or doorsill delivery options.
