No Refunds or Exchanges on Deposits or Special Orders
Warranty:
Customer must inform Urban Furniture Outlet of any damage or defect to an item within 5 days of purchase. Urban Furniture Outlet reserves the right to inspect & determine the cause of any and all claims of defect or damages. Urban Furniture Outlet holds no responsibility for damage due to normal wear and tear or customer abuse. Urban Furniture Outlet will provide service to repair most manufacturer defects & restore goods to merchantable condition. THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES. Mattress/Box will not be accepted for return once removed from plastic. Necessary service will be performed at the discretion of Urban Furniture Outlet, either in the customer’s home or at our store. Customer shall be responsible for paying for all charges for repairs and transportation if not covered by warranty. Any item(s) sold “AS IS” voids any warranty. An additional 5 year warranty is available for purchase at an additional cost prior to pick-up or delivery. Our warranty program is provided through Montage, not Urban Furniture Outlet.
Customer Pickup:
We will gladly help you load merchandise into your vehicle. However, we assume no responsibility for damages incurred to your vehicle or merchandise due to loading, fastening, or transportation.

Urban Furniture Outlet offers a 6 month price hold on items and will guarantee the sale price of any non-discontinued item, provided you complete the transaction within 6 months. Merchandise will be ordered once the layaway is paid in full. Merchandise will be returned to stock if not picked up 10 days after the estimated pick up date. In the event of a cancellation, we will refund all the money customer has paid, less a cancellation charge of $25. No refunds will be made for Special Order items that have been ordered. Layaway terms are subject to manufacturer’s availability. In the event an item is no longer available, customer MUST re-select merchandise and use deposit towards its purchase.

Typographical Errors
Urban Furniture Outlet strives to provide accurate and timely information on the website. However, in the event merchandise is incorrectly priced or contains incorrect product details or other misinformation due either to typographical error or faulty information from the supplier(s), Urban Furniture Outlet has the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment received. If a credit card has been charged for purchases and the order is canceled, Urban Furniture Outlet will issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the charge.
