New Year, New Styles at Home

Welcome 2024, a new year, full of styles and possibilities for you and your home!  When we think of resolutions, we don’t usually think of our home, but that is where the fun starts.  Set the stage this year, for everything fabulous, build a home that reflects your new style, new vision, and new adventures for the year ahead. Here are our top new year trends for 2024 in home decor.

Earthy Colors – Color trends for 2024 are bringing us back to the great outdoors and nature.  Think earthy clay tones, browns, beige, taupe, mossy greens, vibrant yellow, rustic orange, dreamy blues. Yes, nature is the best pallete for color and our designers are not choosing favorites.  You’ll see hints of all these beauties in living rooms, upholstery, wall decor, rugs, and paint colors. 

Florals – While we aren’t seeing the bold prints of sofas past, we are seeing a vibrant comeback of floral prints and botanical patterns in accent pillows, wall decor, as well as those colors – pinks, persimmon, peach, colors of fruits and flowers making an appearance. We’re still seeing geometric and neutral pillow patterns but for those of you wanting to see more nature and botanical inspiration and colors – should be some exciting prints this season.

Cozy Comfort – What better way to bring in the new year than with some new cozy furniture?!  Lots of great styles and luxurious fabrics in sectionals, living rooms, motion furniture, accent chairs, upholstered beds, you name it.  Build off these looks with faux fur pillows, contrasting fabrics and woven goods to add texture and dimension to your look. Home should be a retreat and we love seeing designers bring those relaxing and stylish looks to everyday home decor.
